You will have opportunities to provide input and request adjustments as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to incorporate your feedback within the agreed-upon scope of work.

4. Service Delivery: Once the final products, including photographs and videos, have been delivered to you via the agreed-upon method (e.g., online file transfer, USB drive, etc.), the project is considered complete. At this point, no refunds will be issued.
